2. Scope and current status
Cookies are small data files that websites can store on a visitor’s device and transmit to the server in subsequent internet requests. localStorage and sessionStorage are browser-storage areas that operate differently from cookies.
In its current version, the website does not use first-party or third-party HTTP cookies. It uses only the limited browser-storage keys described below.

These keys do not contain a name, email address, IP address or unique user identifier. They are not used to track users across websites or devices, create profiles, perform analytics, or carry out advertising or marketing activities.
4. Analytics, advertising and third-party resources
The website does not contain Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or any similar analytics, advertising or marketing tool.
Cormorant Garamond, Instrument Sans, Poppins and IBM Plex Mono font files, together with the React and ReactDOM runtime files, are served from the hosting environment in Türkiye used by Finovus Partners. When the website opens, no direct request is made for these files to Google Fonts, unpkg or any other third-party content-delivery network.
5. Explicit consent and preference panel
Because the current technical structure does not use any cookie or device-storage technology that operates on the basis of explicit consent, no cookie consent banner or preference panel is displayed.
If analytics, advertising, marketing or another technology requiring explicit consent is added in the future, that technology will not operate until the user actively gives consent; users will be given the ability to accept, reject and change their preferences; and this policy will be updated.
6. Server logs
When the website is accessed, the hosting infrastructure may create standard access and security logs containing information such as the IP address, access time, requested page or file, browser information and response status. These records are not cookies or browser storage. Information about the processing, retention and transfer of these records is provided in the Privacy Policy and Website KVKK Disclosure Notice.
7. Managing browser storage
Users may erase localStorage and sessionStorage data through the "clear site data" or similar options in their browser. This may reset the language preference and cause the opening animation to be displayed again.
8. Changes and contact
This policy may be updated when the technical structure or applicable legislation changes. The current version and effective date are published on this page.
